About the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals course
Microsoft Dynamics 365 is Microsoft's family of cloud business applications. Its customer engagement (CRM) apps such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Customer Insights help companies manage leads, customers and service cases, while its ERP apps such as Finance, Supply Chain Management and Business Central run accounts, purchasing, inventory and production. All of them sit on Microsoft Dataverse and connect with the Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
This 24-hour fundamentals course gives a clear overview of both sides. You learn the purpose and main records of each app, follow a lead-to-cash and a procure-to-pay process, see how Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI extend Dynamics 365, and practise navigating the apps in a trial environment. Classes are held in the classroom at CADD centres and as live online sessions, with business case studies and review questions.
The course is a good start for careers as a Dynamics 365 functional consultant, CRM or ERP support executive or business analyst. The counsellor can tell you which Microsoft Dynamics 365 exam currently matches the course if you want to certify.
