This Policy explains what personal data we collect through our centres, franchise centres, website www.caddtc.com, logins and apps, why, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other Indian law. By registering or using our services you give consent to this Policy.
1. Data we collect
- Identity and contact: name, father's / guardian's name, date of birth, gender, photo, mobile, e-mail, address.
- Education and career: qualification, college, course, batch, attendance, exam results, projects, certificates, skills and resume details you add.
- Payments: fees, receipts and payment references (card / bank details are handled by the payment gateway, not stored by us).
- ID documents where needed for admission, verification or a correction.
- Technical: device, browser, IP address, login times and cookies.
- Communication: enquiries, chats, tickets, feedback and call records.
2. Why we use it
To register you and run your course; collect fees and issue receipts; conduct exams; issue and verify certificates and badges; give placement assistance; send service messages; answer enquiries and complaints; improve our courses and services; keep the services secure; meet legal, tax and audit duties; and, with your consent, send offers (you can opt out any time).
3. Certificate verification
So that employers and others can trust our certificates, the Verify page and the certificate QR code show the name, course, dates, certificate number, result and photo printed on a certificate we issued. This is the purpose of the certificate and continues after the course ends.
4. Who we share it with
- the franchise centre where you study;
- exam / certification partners (e.g. Autodesk, Certiport) when you take their exam;
- service providers who work for us – hosting, payment gateways, SMS, WhatsApp and e-mail providers – only for that work;
- employers, when you apply for a job or make your Hire Me profile visible;
- government, courts or police when required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. How long we keep it
Academic records (registration, results and certificates) are kept permanently so that certificates can be verified and duplicates issued. Fee and tax records are kept as long as the law requires. Other data is kept while needed for the purpose and then deleted or anonymised.
6. Security
We use reasonable security – access control, encrypted passwords and secure connections. No system is completely secure; please keep your password secret and tell us at once if you suspect misuse.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see a summary of your data, correct or update it, withdraw consent for optional uses, nominate a person (see our Nominee Policy) and raise a grievance. Data needed for certificates, legal or tax records cannot be erased while those duties apply. Withdrawing consent may stop some services.
8. Children
For students below 18 years we collect data with the verifiable consent of a parent or guardian, and we do not track or send targeted advertising to them.
9. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to keep you logged in, remember preferences and understand use. You can block cookies in your browser, but some parts may then not work.

We acknowledge a grievance within 2
working days and try to resolve it within 30 days. If not satisfied, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.

We may update this Policy by publishing the new version on www.caddtc.com.
