C Level is the highest programme in NIELIT's O-A-B-C ladder of IT qualifications, placed at the level of a master's degree in technology (M.Tech) in computer science. It is meant for learners who already hold a B Level, MCA or similar qualification and want advanced, research-oriented knowledge in computing.
This two-year course prepares you for the NIELIT C Level programme. It covers advanced algorithms, advanced computer architecture and parallel processing, advanced database systems, distributed and cloud computing, information and network security, software project management, and research methodology, followed by specialised electives such as machine learning, data mining, IoT or image processing as offered in the current NIELIT scheme. The final stage is a dissertation with original work. Teaching includes seminars, paper reading and lab work, in the classroom at CADD centres or in live online sessions.
C Level suits careers in research and development, senior software roles and teaching at college level. Please confirm the current NIELIT admission and exam schedule with the counsellor before enrolling.
Students rate the course after they finish it — their ratings appear here.
