Share & Earn — Terms & Conditions (SE-2026.1)

1. The programme

“Share & Earn” is the referral programme of CADD Training Centre (“CADD Training Centre”, the Company) for its live online batches. Joining is free.

You are an independent person who shares links. You are not an employee, agent or partner of the Company and you cannot make any promise or contract in its name.

There is only ONE level: you earn only from the people who join through YOUR link or code. You never earn from people brought by someone you brought, and nobody earns from you. There is no joining fee and no target to buy anything.

2. Who can join

You must be 18 years or older, and for any payment you need a PAN and a bank account in your own name in India.

One account per person. The Company may refuse or close an account that breaks these terms.

3. How you earn

Share your link or your code. A person is counted as yours when he / she opens your link (the code is remembered for 30 days on that device; the last code opened counts) or types your code on the admission form, and then pays the fee of an online batch.

You earn a percentage of the fee the Company actually receives, without GST. Today: anyone 10%, our students 10%, centres 10%, instructors 10%, marketing team 15%. A batch may show its own % on your dashboard. The % in force on the day of the admission applies.

No earning on: your own admission, a batch of your own centre or your own batch (as its instructor), free batches, fees paid at a centre without the online admission, or any admission the Company finds fake.

4. Hold time and refunds

An earning becomes available 15 days after the fee is paid (the refund time). If the admission is cancelled or refunded, the earning is removed — also after it was paid to you; then it is set off against your next earnings.

5. Withdrawal, KYC and tax

You can withdraw when your available balance is at least ₹1,000 the first time and ₹2,500 after that. Before the first payment you give your PAN and bank details (or UPI) in your own name; the Company checks them.

The Company pays by bank transfer / UPI, normally within 15 working days of your request, and shows the reference (UTR) in your account.

TDS is deducted as per the Income-tax Act, 2025 (section 393; earlier section 194H) at the rate in force (today 2%) once your earnings in a financial year cross ₹20,000. GST registration, if it applies to you, is your responsibility. You get a statement of your earnings and TDS on request.

6. How to promote

Tell the truth. Never promise a job, marks, a certificate or anything the Company has not written on its website. Never state a different fee or discount.

Say clearly that you earn when someone joins through your link (for example “#ad” or “I earn a commission”), as required by the ASCI guidelines.

Do not send bulk SMS / WhatsApp / e-mail to people who did not ask for it (TRAI rules), do not post fake reviews, and do not use the name “CADD Training Centre” in your own ads, website, domain, page or social handle as if you were the Company. Do not run paid search ads on the Company's name.

7. Privacy

You will not see the name, mobile or e-mail of the people who join — only the batch, date, amount and your earning. The Company keeps your details only for running the programme, payments and tax (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023).

8. Fraud and closing

Joining through your own link, fake or many accounts, false information, spam or misleading promotion: the account is suspended and earnings not yet paid are forfeited. The Company tells you the reason by e-mail and considers your reply.

You may close your account at any time; the available balance is paid after KYC (the minimum does not apply then).

9. बदलाव

The Company may change the percentages or these terms. You will be asked to read and accept the new terms before you can continue; the change applies to admissions after that.

10. Law

Indian law applies. Courts at Varanasi have jurisdiction. You accept these terms electronically; the time and IP address of your acceptance are kept as the record (Information Technology Act, 2000).
